The next Black Belt Club class is set for Friday November 28th. All regular classes except sparring are canceled that day.

The next belt test dates are Friday November 21 @ 6:30 PM for those testing for 1/2 purple & up and Saturday November 22 @ 12:45 PM for those testing for full orange and below.

Busto's now has reformer classes! Do you have a child in karate? Wouldn't you want to work out while they are training?! NOW YOU CAN! We are now offering Pilates reformer classes on Tuesday's from 4:45-5:30 PM and 5:30-6:15 PM as well as Thursday's from 4:00-4:45 PM. These classes are 45 minutes in length and are only $35 each. Consider that against the cost of a private pilates class and there is no reason to postpone working out! Call us at (516) 822-4785 or stop in to register.

Is your child sparring? If your child is a purple belt or above it is recommended that they begin sparring. Belt tests at the higher levels require they spar and this is a great time to begin. Sparring is only $499 and now includes FREE enrollment into the Black Belt Club!

Busto's is now having Group Health Counseling. Classes are now underway! Call (516) 822-4785 and speak to Ellen or Joel for more information.

Busto's is having their 1st ever Cardio Kick Burn on the day after Thanksgiving Friday November 28 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Burn off those unwated holiday calories in only 1 hour! Cost for the class is $25 for non-fitness members and $10 for fitness members. Hope to see you there!

Busto's will be closed on Thursday November 27 so that are customers and employees may celebrate the holiday with their families. We will re-open with our Turkey Spin Burn on Friday @ 8:00 a.m. The mat pilates class on that day will be canceled. As well, the Karate Black Belt Club will meet on that day as well as sparring. Regular Karate classes are canceled. We will be open for regularly scheduled classes on Saturday. On behalf of the entire Busto's staff...Happy Thanksgiving!
